The Basic option is recommended for the mates that know how to maintain their computers, but would need a certified computer technician for their advanced I.T. related issues from time to time.

For our mates that need their minds off all their computer related issues, we recommend one of our KiwiCare Plans.
Computers need to be maintained on a monthly basis, removing any files that are not needed, viruses, spyware and anything hidden that can affect your computer’s performance. These factors building up month after month can get your computer to a HALT!!!
On average a computer needs 3-4 hours of maintenance monthly which can cost anywhere between $180 - $240.
We are offering you the option of maintaining your computer for half that price when needed and will entitle you to discounted prices on all computer services that we provide for a small monthly fee of your choice.
